WRAMBLE 2026 Terms and Conditions
Team registration

The person submitting the registration confirms that they are registering on behalf of the named club/team.

The person submitting the registration confirms that the team manager/contact details and player names supplied are accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Any changes to player attendance or contact details should be notified to the organisers as soon as reasonably possible.
Festival rules and conduct

All players, team managers and supporters agree to follow the WRAMBLE 2026 festival rules and any instructions given by the organisers, referees, host club representatives or event volunteers.

All teams agree to take part in the spirit of walking rugby, with respect for other players, referees, organisers, volunteers and spectators.

The organisers reserve the right to remove a player or team from a fixture or the festival if conduct is considered unsafe, inappropriate or contrary to the spirit of the event.
Participation and personal responsibility

Walking rugby and associated festival activities involve physical activity and a risk of injury.

Each player is responsible for deciding whether they are fit and able to take part.

Players should play within their own ability and should not take part if they are injured, unwell or have been advised not to participate in physical activity.

Any relevant medical, accessibility or welfare information that the organisers should be aware of should be shared before participation where appropriate.
Insurance and personal belongings

Players and teams are responsible for their own personal belongings while attending WRAMBLE 2026.

The organisers are not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Teams should ensure that any insurance arrangements required by their club, players or governing body are in place before attending the festival.
Liability

The organisers will take reasonable steps to run WRAMBLE 2026 safely and responsibly.

Participation in walking rugby and festival activities is at each participant's own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organisers accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, cost or expense arising from participation in WRAMBLE 2026.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Data and contact information

The information submitted through the registration form will be used by the organisers for WRAMBLE 2026 administration, event safety, team communication and record keeping.

Registration information may be accessed by event organisers and authorised volunteers where necessary for the running of the festival.

The organisers will not use registration details for unrelated marketing purposes without permission.
Paper registration forms

Where a team is unable to complete the online registration form, a paper registration form may be completed instead.

Paper registrations will be used for the same event administration purposes as online registrations.
